Quality and customer service is not dependable. It scares me . also lost trammision about an 1/2 mile out.

Have been had it for over a week in a half and still have not hear anything about it yet.

It is with great misfortune that I have to write this review. On my first purchase I followed all the instructions and completed ALL calibrations before flying the drone. 10 minutes into flight the battery was at 48% and was not giving me a low battery warning at all. I took it up to 40 feet and in a split second the drone just shut off and crashed to the ground and shattered it. This happened on Christmas day. Best buy did replace the drone after showing proof of the drone losing power on it's own. They shipped me a new one to my home. I took it out today and flew for 15 minutes with no challenge it gave me a battery warning and returned to home base. When I attempted to land and was a foot off the ground the Hexacopter decided to take off on it's own, retract the landing gear up and headed upwards. Luckily it was headed for a tree with no leaves and got stuck in the tree branches with no damage. We had a person climb the tree and caught it. Yunnec has SERIOUS problems with this device. I am NOT a novice aviator. I have flown high end radio controlled airplanes for over 30 years. I own a DJI Phantom 4 and have had it for 3 years with ZERO issues. Yuneec claims they have no issues, however there is a Yneec Aviation blog board and this is a very known issue. Do not buy this unit unless they correct these issues. They REFUSED to take responsibility for their defective product by saying if you are not happy then return it. That is NOT good customer service. Two times in a row is strike 3 your out. I would NOT recommend or purchase another Yuneec drone.

I have 7 other high end quadcopters and I would have to say that this, my first hexicopter, is my favorite! The remote is big, but has the 7” screen, witch I love! I had it 2 weeks and so far so good!

Excellent image quality from the 1" sensor. Very stable platform for video and still photography. Easy to fly and refined response to control inputs.

I got the pro plus and it a piece of junk. The battery charger didn't charge the controller had to use a cell phone charger. The controller would not bind with the drone. The camera would not center. Called drone costumer service and we worked on it for 2 hours they informed me to return it and pick up another one.

DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. It is a horrible drone and very buggy. I got three in a row from Best Buy and all were faulty right out of the box. I wish I hadn’t bought it. Plus dealing with Yuneec service is about as bad as it gets. Best Buy should not even carry this horrible product anymore. Stay away from this junk. You’ll be glad you did.
