I installed it and no more than 4 hours later I looked down and it was cracked. I took it back the next day and the sales gal said they are the best protector out there. She said it was because of my personal installation and that there was a small and I do mean small bubble. She said that she would reinstall a new one herself. She did so and the next morning there was a GIANT bubble going all the way around the face of my watch, 3x worse than when I had done it. I ignored it thinking it would go away. Then late that afternoon I looked down and...... IT WAS CRACKED AGAIN! My original screen protector was a plastic rubberized cover that I had for almost 2 years and NOTHING had ever happened to it! I never had problems with the touching of the screen like I did with the glass one. I only wanted to replace it because it was looking kind of dingy. Going back to it again for sure!

I have used a few of these glass protectors on my I watch and this one looks the most like prt of the watch. When you touch it it responds well .. but the install on the getting the glass down and smooth is crazy ...

I love zag products and NEVER had any issues, however this particular item didn’t completely stick to the watch I did everything correctly again as I have used many of their items before. So for that reason I’m giving it 3 stars. For 40 bucks it better work like it says.

It was great at first until it cracked a couple of weeks later. Thankfully I registered it before it cracked. Just make sure you register this at ZAGG.com!

Great idea, poor execution. Really disappointed that this screen protector has obvious design flaws because it would be great if there weren’t 5 (!) terrible bubbles that I cannot get rid of. I followed every installation instruction and was extremely careful to avoid uneven application. I’ve seen other screen protectors that take a few days to work out residual bubbles, but after 3+ days it appears that I am stuck with them until I find a better product.

I bought a protector for my new iWatch from Best Buy and had Geek squad instal. The install was awful. The cover had two big spots on either side of the watch that did not ashere to the watch. The instructions said they should go away within 2 days. The cover fell off, I don't know where, before 2 days. So much for my $29.00. I will never purchase a zagg product again.

I had high hopes for this screen protector based on previous Zagg products. After reviewing the installation tips and watching videos, I was worried about the bubbles that form in the corners. When I first applied the shield, I had bubbles in all 4 corners. After lifting the edges on the bottom of the protector, I was able to remove the bubbles from the bottom 2 corners. I wasn't so lucky with he top 2 bubbles. After lifting the shield and trying to work out the bubbles, they just wouldn't go away. I let the protector sit over night hoping that they might go away on their own. Unfortunately, they did not. I decided to remove the protector completely and noticed the the bubbles were actually defects in the adhesive! I decided to go another route w/ a different brand. One other comment, the touch sensitivity is slightly reduced w/ this shield, especially in the corners.

I had an older Apple Watch first edition that I bought on eBay. I got a new watch and for mother’s day and it was a poor design that kept coming undone off my wrist. After failing off several times and being ok, that day finally came where my watch fell on the asphalt and totally destroyed the face. I guess I wasn’t too upset because it was an older one. So that day I had to get a new watch because I love my Apple Watch. Apparently my workouts don’t count unless I track them. So I bought this projector. My son put it on for me and it took about 20 minutes. But I can tell it’s a good one. It’s thicker than than other film like screen protectors. I am hopeful this will help with drops in the future. It’s inevitable for me that I will drop it eventually. I added a pic of old broken watch screen and new one.

screen breaks way too easily. Very brittle. It was beautiful when they first installed it. That evening, it was already cracked around the edge. I don't remember hitting anything with it. Since then, it has broken around every edge. Edges are almost completely off on 3 sides!

Was not sure what to get to protect my investment for my watch. Found this one and it fit great. Just what the doctor ordered.

This screen has saved my iwatch twice. The only downside is having to pay $10 every time it breaks.

I installed it and there were some bubbles that they said would go away within 24hrs but they never did and also broke right away

Poor due to in less than a month I was have to request A new one from company. It just shattered.

I have had Best Buy install 3 of them on my sons watch, all of them have had air bubbles. It usually takes them 3 attempts to install them. They have all broken.

I like the glass cover protective from bumping watch into iteams . Helps keep glass clean .

Hit the corner of my granite ledge and this protector surely saved my life/the day! Definitely worth the $40

Zagg products are great. I've installed several covers. This was my first Apple Watch protector and it was a disaster! I followed the instructions faithfully but had an air bubble that would not go away. Eventually I shattered the glass. Thankfully, Zagg has a warranty against such tragedies so I was able to order a free replacement (You have to cover shipping cost and return the broken cover to Zagg. No big deal). The second one still had an air bubble but I got it out and was able to install it without breaking the glass. I'm not sure what happened with the first one... I think it was not centered on the Apple watch. The included plastic template helps to prevent such things but I think I managed to get it wrong somehow. In any case, the protector went on and is beautiful despite complications and a week+ waiting for shipping. I recommend this to anyone but you'll need patience!

As a Total Tech Support customer we were able to get this at a reduced price and free “installation”. It took the phone tech about 30 - 40 minutes as it’s very temperamental to install and get all the bubbles out from under it. It fit really well protecting the screen completely. The problem is it’s so fragile it started showing signs of abuse within a couple of days. I know better it than the Apple Watch, but I think ones money would be better spent on a non-glass screen protector.

I bought this when I bought my Apple Watch. It took half an hour that the geek squad person to put on. Then I found there was lots of bubbles inside. They fixed the second time was better. Then I found two cracks on the screen protector after I used it one week. I paid $39.99 plus tax for it. I wish it would be better.

I got this for my Apple Watch, because it seemed pretty good from what the salesperson said and what the box says. However, the next morning from applying the screen protector it shattered, ( I was just doing some paperwork ). This screen protector was already pricy, but it makes no sense how it would shatter after, less than one day.
