I bought my son a new phone. Bought this screen protector for the phone ( not realizing the + next to size) .when we received it (which was in excellent condition) my husband was trying to line it up & realized it doesn't fit the S9. This was my fault, not paying attention, however, he did make it work. It's doing the job but if I didn't make the mistake on buying the incorrect screen protector, it would be perfect. It was very easy to put on but there is some minor air bubbles that still are there, hopefully will disappear over time.

I would like to say thank you to Kyeesha for helping me place this screen protector on my phone even though I could of put this on myself lol. Well there a saying the customer is always right lol.This is a great screen protector you wont even notice it is even on the phone

It took a little while to get on my phone but now it will keep my phone screen from getting damaged.

I bought screen protector because they were out of the glass screen protectors. This screen protector is hard to apply and is beginning to peel up from the sides. I would not purchase it again unless it was the only one left.

This screen protector's edges and corners lift from screen. I am currently on my 2nd warranty replacement. ZAGG claims faulty install. Installs were professionally done. I will say that ZAGG has GREAT customer service!

I bought this product at BestBuy and good thibg it has lifetime warranty. About 2 weeks after instaled it started peeling off. I contacted Zagg costumer care to complain and they sent me a replacement. (I had to pay shipping but they voided) My second one unfortunately was defective. I just received my 3rd protector. Hopefully this one works.

So, I ordered 2 of these to protect or new phones and they arrived fast, before phones, went to apply when phones arrived, and they do NOT fit screens correctly. The labels are on backwards so peeled off wrong part on first attempt, there are no "guidelines" as directions state to follow. An the worst part is they do not cover the entire screen, but they are impossible to apply without bubbles ALL OVER. The more you rub like directions tell you the worse it gets and it gets scratches from rubbing. Spend the extra and get the glass one, dont waste money on this

When Best Buy initially installed the screen protector on my new phone, my first impressions were wow how nice it looked. The film was very thin (not tempered), crystal clear, and the glue appeared to hold strong. Just more annoyed the product couldn't survive a few months of gentle use. The protector is strached and has bubbles at the top. Zagg charges $5.99 for shipping on a warranty claim! If you can get a claim in I have tried to get mind in now for more then a week, and something always goes wrong.

Instructions provided in step 2 made it worst. I followed step 2, which started sticking white paper dust to screen protector which got ideally stick to phone. Its stupid instructions I have ever seen. Its second time 1 year back it spoiled my S8 plus now I tried it on S9 plus. My bad to go for zagg again. I followed instructions in order to make sure every thing goes good, but that step 2 which mentioned "Make sure you coat the adhesives entire surface with Application gel wipe" guideline made it more worst I ever imagined.

Well first off I will say I use ZAGG on all of my phones, I have one on my 7+ and bought this for my S8+ that I received yesterday. ZAGG has excellent quality, but I do believe that this one needs to go back to the drawing board to find a better way to build the edges of this protector so it fully sticks to the screen and stays there. Also as with all of my other ZAGG products, never have had any issues with bubbles whatsoever, or none that just refused to disappear, and ANY they ever had ( 3-4 at most ) disappeared in 12 hours at worst. The screen protector will lift if you are not very careful when taking a case off, I actually had mine pop up and off the phone BUT managed to place it back on without any dust/hair etc. getting under it. The screen protector itself looks good on the phone and offers the protection the company is known for minus the edges... also with the very outer edges not wanting to stay stuck to the phone, dirt does get trapped under it ( as you can see in the picture ). In final I say for $49.99 it is hard to pull the trigger on this knowing the issue, to pay $49 ... It took me 20 minutes to decide to just go for it ONLY because I like the company and just hate the screen being open to accidents with no protection. So far all has been good minus the edges not wanting to stay 100% planted, it also hasn't popped off again. There may be others companies out there who have figured out a way to make it stay planted, so there are other options for cheaper possibly. Maybe they will get this figured out eventually, curved screens are still fairly new so it may take a while before they 100% have it down. I would recommend the company to anyone for a screen protector, but for this phone I would say if the issues I mentioned bug you don't go for it.

Ive exchanged this once within the first ten days of purchase due to when i went to pick up my phone the screen prot. stuck to my shirt and lifted off my phone. It had been on my phone for atleast a week. But now it did it again with the new one! Do i exchange it again or not even bother and find something better??

I haven't used a film based screen protector since I first purchased an iPod Touch nearly 7 years ago. I've been wary of them since. However, my GS7 Edge had thousands of micro scratches and I couldn't figure out why; I decided I needed to protect the screen on my new phone. I read as many reviews online as I could - I try to be an informed buyer. That being said, I was still skeptical about this screen protector. This is a wet application film protector, meaning that the screen has to be wet when this is applied. The included screen wipe is a joke. I had this installed at BestBuy when I purchased my phone - it had to be realigned a few times, but this was easy. Overall, I've had this for about two weeks now it it works well... just be careful to avoid bubbles under the screen protector. Overall a good product so far.

This item from pretty pricey especially for not being tempered glass but i guess since the S8+ has a slight edge to it maybe they don't have one. For now it has been good. Application was kind of hard but once on it has been fine. Bubbles diappear in a couple hours.

Zagg screen protection does protect the screen of the Samsung S8+ but because the edges of screen are curved the edges don't hold really well. Best that can be done.

I always use ZAGG on everything. Its never failed me and I have yet to have even a scratch (or screen break) occur on anything I use ZAGG on. However with that said the one issue I have with this protection for curved screen phones is it doesn't fully wrap around your screen right. The border of the phone is visible and not protected. The odds of something happening in that area are small of course but it still makes me nervous. This isn't ZAGGs fault really, its the companies who make curved screens. This is why if you want full protection, get a case too (OtterBox can be good).

I had some issues installing the item on my phone. The company makes it hard to take it off from the plastic then installing wish it had a guide just like the one for the iphone. I almost messed up this one. And one more thing this is my second one for this phone. I dont know about the warranty if your going to charge me for shipping submitting a warranty claim, might just end up byuing a new one. I dont like that. But other than that its a good item for my galaxy s8+.

I've been using Zagg screen protectors on my last 3 phones and really like them. They stay clear, are easy to clean, and have done their job protecting my screens. Only complaint is their edges on the curved glass of the S6 Edge, S8+ and now S9+. I've had a hard time keeping them down secure and not collecting dust/dirt in my pocket.

I love the cover. It looks great and protects too. I wish it had a kickstand to prop it up when watching movies.

We have always been customers of zagg! I have one for my phone, my wife’s phone, my iPad, my wife’s iPad, and my work phone which is the S8+. They are great products with great warranty’s. Anytime it cracks or scratches they will replace with a simple shipping fee. Great service for a great product. The protector gets scratched or cracked before the actual phone does.
