It was back order at the beginning, therefore I Only have been using it for 3 weeks. So far so good. Great fast installment service. It fit in perfectly to my kitchen and very easy to use and clean. Overall, I’m satisfied with the order and highly recommend it.

Very nice looking hood. Install is a little bit of a pain because there's no template for it. And also it doesn't come with a plug, just the wires to splice a plug to it. Would give it five stars if it had a plug that you cut if you just needed wires.

It operates well, but I had two problems with it. It was dented right out of the box, a complaint that others had, but it wasn't installed for a few months after I purchased it, as we were waiting for the kitchen renovation to be completed. Therefore it was after the return window. Tough luck Charlie!!The lights were energy hog and HOT halogen instead of the model with the updated LED lights that I had thought I purchased. I swapped them myself, but I had to go the trouble and expense to do it.

I changed my kitchen from white appliances to stainless steel. I wanted a vent a hood that was recirculating but met the CFM for my new stove top and yet looked like a professional vent a hood. Not like my old Braun. Toni at Best Buy researched and found this one. It has a more professional appearance, the lighting and the fan systems is great. I had considered a vented one but the remodel price on my cabinets was more than I wanted to spend. This is a good alternative and I suggest it for anyone looking for a recirculating professional style. I did purchase the baffles instead of the mesh underneath for a better look.

Ni bracket to hold in place. Not too sturdy in design. My handyman husband took three hours just to built a proper bracket to keep hood range to steady. If you want this product, have professionally installed to minimize headache.
