Overall this unit is fine and exactly what you'd expect. Not too noisy on low and on high its consistent but manageable.
My overall frustration is that they (all brands do this) advertise this as a specific CFM but never note that you can turn it down via the motor - not just the buttons - so that you are within building code. It took weeks of searching to determine the language used in the description to confirm it does, so if you are looking for something to stay within code let me save you time - yes this item has the ability to be turned down and installed without the need for replacement air. Many of them do, so don't be fooled into buying a much less powerful and somehow more expensive unit.
