I work from home and drink lots of water! This water filter fits perfectly in my fridge and it's easy to refill. I always have cold water readily available to drink and it taste great! The set up was easy. I bought mine almost 2 months ago, we drink at least a gallon of water a day and I'm still getting a 00 reading.

Easy to set-up and use. Simply insert the filter and fill the top level with cold tap water. This unit does an amazing job on the rest! No off-tast or odor in the filtered water. If there's other contaminants in the water it removes a long list of junk-just clean, fresh-tasting water!

After having used another brand of water filter, I wanted to try something different, and this particular brand caught my attention. Once I received it, cleaning and installation was easy, and the filter collected water much faster than my previous water pitcher--no wait time, no need to soak the filter, and so on. I ran a quick test of the tap water with the included measurer and found that my contaminate reading was 130 and climbing. After I poured some filtered water into a cup and ran another test, I read all zeroes, and immediately tasted the water difference. I highly recommend this product as it does exactly what it was advertised. You will immediately taste the difference and improved quality of filtration when compared to other brands that do a similar thing. I feel confident that every cup of water being dispensed is as best as it can get!

Best purchase I have made this year!!! Large capacity, no more hurting your back carrying those cases of water from the supermarket !!! Did I mention the water quality is outstanding !!!!!

Still on my first fill. Fills very slowly as the water goes through filter. But it's worth the wait. Water taste great and I never drank anything but tap water till I read consumer reports. I've had bottled water when at someone else's house, but never bought any. Price was good and I bought 6 refills. So far so good.

Works well, does what I expected.Tastes better than tap water.Knowing it filters water makes me feel better about drinking water from it.

We live in a small town and I refuse to drink the water. It always has a slightly "off" taste. Tested our water with the purity checker and it scored 115! Even the filtered water out of the fridge was a 65. I was skeptical that this thing could make my water drinkable. First glass out of the pitcher scored a 0! It tastes better than bottled water. I've already looked.... Best Buy has th best prices in replacement filters too. I will be using this for years to come! Bye bye plastic bottles!

I must say im very impressed with this water filtration system. I have used Brita for years and also only drink bottled water. No more Brita and I have not had to buy my usual packs of bottled water ever since drinking the super clean and crisp clear water this unit produces. A great bu. Although the filters are pricey they are worth it and last a good while

This is the greatest water pitcher ever! My family just upgraded to the 23 cup ZeroWater pitcher from the smaller one because we drink a lot of water. It has a new sleek look and fits in the fridge perfect! I Love this water pitcher and would buy it again if I had to! Thanks Best Buy.

Finally decided to get this due to growing concerns over drinking tap water. I have bought it on sale along with the extended warranty. Gets the job done completely. Due to its size, I keep in on the counter instead of the refrigerator. The room temperature makes it stay cold. I completely trust the purification process and the water do taste very crisp. It tastes very satisfying. Only con is that it takes a little time to fill up, but definitely worthy to have.

Like this better than britta, change is by measured water particulate not my calendar. Fits in my tiny shore fridge and water is good

Tap water tasted better but was disappointed with the filter's life. Had to replace it after 1 week of use.

Like how the water taste, amount of water is great just super slow to fill even if you change the filrer

I like that this dispenser holds so much water. It's easy to pour water directly into a glass while it stays in the refrigerator.

My first water filter. Love the large capacity and perfect height that fits on fridge shelf. Glad I purchased this instead of a pitcher. Very convenient to have a spigot to dispense. Amazing how the tester shows how bad my tap water is at about 250+ TDS (bad stuff), then shows "0" after filtering! Water tastes crisp. Down side is how expensive the filter is; best price found is about $10 each. Its been less than a month since purchased so haven't had to change filter yet. Change frequency will depend on how bad the water is. The hinged cover is not well made; was broken upon receipt. Returned and ordered new one. Heads up when attaching small cover into hinge. Squeeze the sides in to insert pins into hinge hole. Don't try to push it in from the top. No instructions on how to attach. Don't overfill. If water touches the white lid, water will slowly get sucked upwards then drip out. Weird!

The zero water filtration is one of the best I’ve had. The water taste clean and refreshing. The water from our tap taste real bad and I would spend tons of money on bottle water. With this system you can save money from bottled drinks.

Our water issues are serious and especially as a mother I needed a system that would take out may more metals, chemicals and cancer causing toxins than the Brita Water System I had could not. For the price it was an exceptional change without spending hundreds to put in an under the cabinet water system that was difficult also because of the hardware on my new kitchen sink.

I like this dispenser because it is big enough for me to use. It is easy to maintain and the water really tastes good.
