Not perfect, but good enough for home use. The price is very good especially for the things they try to accomplish. They need to make some improvements in software and hardware.

I bought this wireless camera to be able to view my front porch while I work in my home office. It's a terrific, small, wireless camera and the pivot feature is very nice as it will sweep the entire porch and front steps when it senses movement. I don't really need the 360 degree feature but if I ever choose to get a second one for inside the house that would come in handy. It connected easily to my home wi-fi network and the HD picture is extremely clear. I highly recommend.

my pivot is on the same app. with my nvr recorder & 2 mini cameras they do not work well on same app.

Return it after a week of trying to get it to work. No app support for Android phones.

I returned this item because the set-up was horrible and took forever and then the app was a big downer. I wanted to be able to set things like how much time it records when activated, but something that simple is not possible (oh, unless you pay them more money and join the cloud membership). Also, I realized I wanted a camera that tilts more than one that swiveled.

I looked at every competitive product online and even bought some of them to try them out. What I most liked about the Pivot is that it has an internal memory that will record for up to two weeks. All notifications video are downloadable as well. No Cloud service monthly payment you get everything included with the price. Very slick design and sometimes you do not even notice that it is a camera.

I started with 2 cameras to monitior a vacation property and they have worked flawlessly now for two years. I have since purchased 3 more for use in monitoring my elderly father who lives in his home by himself. The app works great and multiple memebers in my family have it on their phones to check in on Dad as well. I have multiple friends who have purchased on my recommendation.

The pivot was easy to setup and it works very well so far all alerts have been valid. The night vision on the camera is excellent and the live view with being able to control the movement is a nice thing to have. The price is what made me purchase this item. The customer service department even called me to see how happy i was with the product and if i had any feedback. The only problem so far is with the cloud service which so far is no charge as sometimes there is no recordings to view along with the alert or an error comes up about failed connection when i mentioned this to customer service they did acknowledge that they are working on the cloud service and will be mentioning this to their team working on the cloud service. This was the only reason i gave it a 4 star instead of 5. Still i would recommend this product for the price so far it cannot be beat.

When ordered i wasnt aware you needed 2.4ghz wifi, i have 5.0 and it doesnt work with that type. Should be more clear on product info.

This camera doesn’t do what it said. The 2 connection for the door doesn’t work!! Don’t buy this camera, waste time and money.

Setup I was concerned it would be difficult to set up the camera so I could see it on my phone. I'm not the most tech-savy person, but I didn't have any issues setting it up. The app walks you through the process, and all-in-all it took about 5 minutes for me to see the video on my phone. Video and audio The video is 1080p, but you have to tap an option to see the video in HD every time you open the video, otherwise the video is a little less clear. Not a huge deal. The night vision works well enough for me to see what's happening in the room.I haven't had much use for the two-way audio, yet, but when I tried it, it seemed to work well. Rotation and Alerts You can direct the camera to turn through the app. It turns a little slow, but otherwise it works well. The alerts are pretty useful. I get a series of snapshot with the alert, which is nice to see the whole area. The camera comes with two sensors that you can put on doors or windows that will also send alerts. The Pivot can turn to look where I want it to when the sensors are triggered, which is a pretty cool feature to play with. Overall, I love this camera. It has a lot of features to explore.
