Only tried it a few times. Bought it for my mom. She thinks it wil work Ok. Has a remote that adjusts the sound and should make watching movies better

Installation is easy, yet I called the helpline and they were wonderful. They stayed on the line until the installation and setup was complete. I had the right idea but needed to turn the plug in a little. This has made understanding the voices on the TV easier. I am a senior citizen.

My husband wears hearing aids and this was a gift. His audiologist said this is the best sound bar for his situation. Win!!

It definitely helps clarify audio. There are multiple settings to select for voice clarity. Very easy to set up with our Vizio TV. All connections/wires/cables included.

Happily I have excellent hearing but as the wife has aged her hearing has become poor enough to require hearing aids. Since she dislikes wearing them at home, I bought this reasonably priced unit in the hope that we could reduce the volume on the outdoor porch TV from sonic boom levels to something that would not wake the neighbors at night. It took a little while to adjust this unit but it has accomplished my goal. The Accuvoice setting definitely increases the voices. I assumed that it would also make other sounds (music, effects, etc.) inaudible but I'm happily surprised to say that you can still hear them - just a bit quieter. When she's not around there are still different settings that enhance the soundtracks for the movies and TV I watch alone. Certainly not as good as most of the surround sound speaker systems but that's not what I bought it to do. So, mission accomplished, no more hearing aids needed at home for the porch TV.

Old-age hearing loss isn't fixed just by turning the volume up. We still can't make out the words! This machine clarifies voices, making it much easier to get the words spoken. I love it already!

Surprisingly, this product really does provide a lot of help for those with hearing impairments, and additionally, adds user choices on “surround sound”. We’ve been able to end our use of closed captioning except for some heavy accent speakers. This is a big help for us and I recommend it to any with hearing problems.

I could always hear the TV, but couldn’t understand all of the words, especially with low voices. These speakers make diction clear.

I love my AV200. works great in the bedroom. The sound is clear in the voices are easy to understand. And you don’t have to worry about the volume going crazy when a commercial comes on an your partner is sleeping next to you.

If you have trouble understanding dialogue, this is a good sound bar for you. Small size, looks good, too.

My wife and I enjoy British TV shows. The speakers on our new LG TV were not sufficient for those shows. A recommendation from a Magnolia representative led us to ZVOX and the AV 200 with accuvoice is perfect for us. The surround feature makes it work well for movies as well.

The ZVOX sound bar improves sound from TV 100%. The sound bar sits in front of TV and sound is clear and volume can be as much as needed for us. Voices from programs can now be understood.

Bought this speaker to overcome the loud background music so that I can hear the dialouge. It made a huge difference. If you are a bit older and or have some hearing issues, this is the product for you. The Accu Voice system really makes a difference.

I am a Zvox fan, owning an SB-400 soundbar in my primary system with a 60" Plasma, and a Soundbase in the second bedroom with a Samsung 32" Display. I replaced my aging LG 20" in my bedroom with this Accuvoice as my new Samsung 24" doesn't have analog outputs, I am not able to use the previous setup. The Zvox was the right size, and right price, setting it up takes just minutes, and I had it mated to the Samsung remote right away. It is dynamic, with a bit of a soundstage (it's small, so the surround is light), and I am 100% happy with it, for what it is. Does it sound as good as my large one in the LR, no. But, it does sound accurate, and plays loud in the bedroom. On the "Accuvoice" setting: I don't use it, but, as a hearing aid wearer, I can attest it really does emulate what I hear when wearing those, voices are now accentuated with little effect on the sound of the background sounds or music. My hearing loss is "moderate", so off is my preferred setting, but if you need it, it works very well. 5 Stars, "for what it is".

My husband and I would have trouble hearing voices over the background noise or music.....not anymore! This sound bar helps all of that. No more playing around with the volume. TV sound is now clear. Highly recommend this product.

The wife and I had real problems hearing background conversations while music was playing. It worked so well we didn’t realize it until it occurred to us we were hearing every word. And set up was a snap.

I am using the ZVOX in my living room and it sounds great. My husband has a hard time hearing some of the words from the TV and the ZVOX really helps him enjoy the shows now. It is also super easy to set up.

This sound bar has a setting called accuvoice which projects the sound forward so that the hearing impaired can hear the TV much more clearly. I find it to be an outstanding device. Highly recommended.

My wife who has some hearing issues noticed the change when ZVOX was installed. She could hear voices more clearly which allowed her to turn the volume down significantly. It was easy to install, She loves it!!
