A: Not sure if Best Buy replaces Battery but I know Samsung.com does replace Battery on Refurbished Phones.

A: 90 days I believe I'd purchase an extended warranty I bought a Samsung Galaxy s10 plus and it just stopped working about 4 months after purchase
