"im a big fan of JBL, but holy crap its amazing that only altec lancing can take 12 watts and make it sound like 20 watts, it has bass decent sized radiators and boy it makes a decent amount of bass, mind you its not as booming lets say like a flip 6, but it sounds like Altec Lancing is going for a more balanced sound than JBL, the sound is crystal clear sound, you can hear every instrument and other little details, and has good separation between bass and treble, so if your on a budget the hydromotion 2.0 is half the price of other speakers in its class and almost double the battery life, at half volume its loud, I got close to the 16 hours that the manufacturer claims, over 14, but that could be because sometimes i crank it 60 percent, 50 percent im sure its possible to get 16 hours. 50 bucks out the door im sure you wont be disappointed....Mini speaker...Comes with a carry strap and can connect with 100+ speakers!!!!"
