"Is a thin and light mat, a good material, but definitely not for high impact, it gonna attend well for yoga, pilates, and strengths. I absolutely love it for doing my abs workout, but you have to be careful cause it doesn't create any friction against the floor and sometimes it can be slippery (almost fell off a few times lol). ...Can be used as a workout space , crawl space for toddlers, or as a yoga mat.
