Not too much to review with a bare hard drive, but thus far it is working like a champ. I bought this for use in a Cal Digit USB-C enclosure as I needed to backup a huge number of video files (I work as a film editor). Honestly I had been looking for a Seagate Ironwolf but due to COVID it looks like those are in short supply.
Setup and formatting was quick and easy, recognized right away, and the speed thanks to the 7200RPM drive is excellent. No complaints whatsoever. Of course only time will tell, but to this point I'd say this is a great option for those looking to expand their storage capacity or add to an existing RAID setup.
