The likes way out weigh the 2 not likes. The price is fair for what you get. It was easy to put together, feels sturdy and durable. The ergonomics of shape, size and how it operates is great. I did get an padded seat cover for more comfort. The 2 things that I do not like are the display controls for the speed, time, resistance. It is under where you out your table/Ipad so every time you want to adjust your resistance on a ride , which is frequently, you have to move your ipad. The resistance knob should be on the frame for ease of use. I nearly brought it back based on that issue, but the overall bike is worth keeping. The 2nd negative is there is a free 30 days IFIT membership. I signed in and was lucky enough to do 2 rides and then all the rides/workouts were locked. I could not even get into the 2 rides that I had done . Upgrade pop ups showed up. Would take me 15 min to even get into the app and then l couldn't use it. Uninstalled IFIT and went with Peloton app for rides.

We bought this bike because we didn’t want to spend several thousand on a premium spinning bike plus monthly online ‘classes.’ We already have a Pro-Form treadmill with iFit membership, so this bike was a great option where I can use my own iPad. I’ve only done a few ‘classes’ and actually use it mainly while watching TV. We did buy a gel seat pad to make the ride more comfortable. I’m a big guy and am impressed with how sturdy the bike is. I was able to put it together by myself, but it would have gone smoother with a helper.

This indoor cycle is great. Nice, quiet, and smooth. I bought this to use at my own pace. As for the ifit not really interested in using it. I just need it while I working from home. I have to agree the seat is not comfortable which leaves the last star off for me. I’ll have to get a cushion to get comfortable. Putting the cycle together was simple with the help of my daughter. It’s faster with 2 people. The cycle came out nice. I enjoy the product. Time to get back on it.

Was delivered as scheduled. Packaging was good. The instructions provided were clear and helped with the bike setup. Setup was easy and could do by my self. Will have to change the seat or will add an extra padded cover. The seat that came along with the bike is too hard

Excellent bike. Pairs with my ipad well for the iFit program. The seat was too thin, but an easy fix. Resistance work great. No complaints after a month of use.

Hit a GOLD MINE with the ProForm spin bike! This is exactly what I've been looking for to add to our home gym. When I got the opportunity to purchase it at a discounted price for my feedback, I had to do it! Assembly of the bike took less than an hour by myself. I was so excited that when the bike arrived I immediately got to work on putting it together. There were a couple of steps that would have been easier to complete had there been a second set of hands, but I was able to complete the assembly. The instruction manual is clear and anyone who has put anything together from an instruction manual should not have any problems. The manual shows that a rubber mallet is one of the tools needed, but I did not need one for any of the steps. If you don't have one you should not need to go buy one to complete assembly. I appreciate the ease of adjusting the seat and handlebar heights settings. The ride is sturdy and smooth. When I was considering this purchase I struggled with the idea of the perfect seat for my backside, so I plan to purchase some padded biking shorts to help with comfort until I have adjusted to this bike. This spin bike has been a blessing after my physical therapist recommended this activity to strengthen my muscles that support my arthritic knees after having VSG earlier this year. I have enjoyed being able to blow off some steam and exercise in the comfort of my home. The 3lb weights that are included compliment my routine nicely. With having the iFIT app takes exercising to a whole new experience that I love!!!

With the combination of gyms being shutdown and having multiple children at home, I’ve been struggling to stay as active as I’d like. And once the gyms opened back up, the ones around me didn’t have childcare! Having home gym equipment was the only was I was going to be able to make it work. I chose this spin bike because it had an affordable price tag compared to so many other models (*cough Peloton) but still had favorable reviews. I was sent this bike in exchange for providing an unbiased review of my experience using it. It was super simple to assemble. The included directions were concise and correct, which can actually be hard to come by. It didn’t take more that half an hour to put together with the included tools. Once assembled, the bike is still lightweight enough that you can tilt it up and push or pull it on the attached wheels to put it in the desired position. Despite the weight, it’s solid and doesn’t feel cheaply made. Your bottom will need time to adjust to the seat, but I’ve found that to be true anytime I’m not regularly riding a bike. Those parts just don’t get used daily otherwise. It’s easy to adjust the tension and the only thing you need to start the bike up is 3 AA batteries to power the console. iFit has been a really enjoyable feature too, so make sure to check that out!

I had this bike for less than a year. Almost immediately it started clicking. ProForm sent me a part I had no way of installing myself. Now, the pedal snapped off. I’m big but not that big. Cheap price. Cheap make.
