Questions & Answers (42)
Q: What's the difference between GPS and Unlocked in the Carrier options? (1 answers)
A: GPS uses Bluetooth to connect to your phone. If you leave your phone in your house and go for a run, the watch will not notify you of texts/calls until you are in range again. With an unlocked watch, you link it to your carrier's data plan, so your watch essentially mimics your phone, allowing you to receive calls without being connected to your phone.Q: I can't seem to find the band width size for the watch 4 classic 42 mm. (1 answers)
A: I spent a lot of time with Samsung on their website about this same issue. It turns out that both sizes of the Classic have a 20mm band. Originally when I preordered, I was told my Galaxy Watch 3 45mm band would fit. That is not the case as that one is 22mm. Samsung is bad about specifications on their products. Even their own people can't find the information if the item hasn't been released yet (pre-order only).Q: Is this galaxy watch 4 compatible with OnePlus phones? (2 answers)
A: Yes it is compatible with the OnePlus phones however where they are not Galaxy phones there will be some of its features that you will not be able to use such as snore detector.- A: It should be a very minimal fee iff anything and tied directlly to the same line yoou use with your phone. I didn't buy the LTE version , and i'm hoping i never regret that part... I've thought about how nice it would be if my phone had a dead battery or was lost to still have the LTE connection to be able to possibly locate it or at least still be able to contact people. The battery life isn't that great (it does last more than 1 day for me which is fine IMO) but I'm not sure there is much that could be done to make it better. If you make a habit of throwing it on the charger when you hop in the shower and at other random points in the day where y ou don't need the watch to be on, you'll never have anything to worry about IMO. Also, it does charge pretty rapidly between ~20-80% so if you're in that range you can get a lot of charge oout off it very quickly.
Q: Can you change the watch band to leather like the Galaxy Watch3 had? (1 answers)
A: Yes, Nana60! You are able to change the band on the Galaxy Watch4. Thank you for taking the time to ask this question. ^KaylaQ: What does the word "initial" mean on the watch face? And what does the "J" stand for? (2 answers)
A: It's editable text. If you go in watch face setting, you can change it to whatever you want. And the J is actually a cursive I to represent the first letter of initial. You can also remove this or just change the watchface altogether.Q: Can you catch Pokemon with it? (2 answers)
A: No. Only thing you can do with this watch involving Pokemon Go is tracking steps via Google Fit with Adventure Sync turned on in the game.Q: What type of crystal is on the face? (2 answers)
A: Gorilla Glass DX
