This is one of the easiest and best color laser printers that I have found. Plug and play. It's excellent with Mac users and Microsoft. The toners are long lasting, scanning, and duplex everything make this very useful in the office or at home. Tons of functions I only wish they made this EXACT printer without FAX

Our small office has been using the printer for a month now and no real issues. Easy set up but we notice that there is a long delay for the printer to process the data before it actually prints. Printing quality is excellent.

This printer does a great job. The only issue is it prints slow. If you need to speed look elsewhere. Other then that, scan well and print quality is excellent

it works great. It was super easy to install and start printing. My favorite part is the scanner. It is so easy to scan documents. So happy we got this printer

Forget HP and cannon and all the nonsense of injury. Get a brother laser and you will have no more printer headaches. Also just found out it has lifetime technical support. This is my third brother but not because I've replaced any but because I need more. My first one is still flawless after 10 years.

Tired of constantly running out of injet ink only using my printer once in a while. Seemed like everytime I wanted to print, I was out of ink and the printer was discontinued so no ink near home. Finally broke down and bought this, a real printer!! It works when I ask it too, and very pleased. I figure it's office grade so less likely the refill, when I need , will be hard to find. Probably could have bought two of these just from all the injet printers and ink I bought over the years.

I ordered this printer for myself and liked it so well I ended up purchasing three more for my employees. It is a great printer for the price and the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend, cheaper to replace these than it is to fix them anymore.
