Q: Does your cell phone have to have a head phone jack to use this item?

A: Hello. If your cell phone audio is what you are looking to play through your cassette player on your radio, then yes, your cell phone would need a 3.5 mm headphone jack output to pass the audio.

Q: How long is the cord? I can't seem to find where it says.

A: Its average length about 6-8 inches.

Q: How to activate/ deactivate the Siri option. It's activating it even when I don't touch it.

A: I don't use siri on my phone it causes more harm than good. That's an apple issue I believe not something planned with this device. Disable Siri if you can live without it

Q: My car's cassette player keeps spitting it out seconds after putting it in. It does work until then though.... what do I do?

A: 3 possibilities that I've found to happen; your car is too hot, car's too cold, (both with the casette in the car during the more extreme conditions), or it is or it's about to break.
