• A:Answer My experience was on a Xbox one, was sent in for repair, then determined a replacement was the answer. With a less than 2 week turn around. I guess not bad for a $50 plan on a $186 repair into a replacement. But once the 2yr warranty expires that’s it, you can’t renew the warranty.

• A:Answer If you bought a controller separately from the console meaning not bundled with the system and have a geek squad protection plan on that accessory then you can simply grab one off the shelf and exchange it. If you're trying to return a controller that was bundled with the system then according to their policy, they have to order one and a new one will be shipped to you. Can't do a simple swap or exchange even if they have a controller available on the show floor. That was my experience this past weekend and I'm currently waiting on my controller to be shipped. Wish this bit of info was outlined in advance when purchasing a protection plan.

• A:Answer AS of 9/22/20 they offer you $40.00 for the original XBox One. You'll need to give them the controller and Kinect with it to receive that amount. I looked up a few other trade ins and this is what I found. PS4Pro you'll get $175.00(gamepad must be given also.) XBoxOneX along with the gamepad turned in with it you'll receive $175.00 Nintendo Switch(the original model,not the new lite model) also $175.00 Hope this helps.

Once I got there they told me they ordered me a replacement controller and sent me home with my old one. Still waiting on my replacement. Esrimsted time was u days.. It all could of been done over the phone or would have been nice to get it replaced in the store.
