Q: QuestionI have the Xbox one elite 1 and have the two year protection plan, since they discontinued that controller and mine doesn’t work anymore what sort of thing should I expect when returning it, also I lost my cable and my paddles would that be a problem?

To start with the missing parts first, definitely try and find those first because it may subtract the amount you could get back towards a replacement. Now, because the Xbox Elite One controller has been replaced, you'd get an amount back on a gift card to either put towards the Elite Two, a different model or something completely different. I'd recommend maybe calling your local Best Buy to see if you'll get the full amount back of what you paid, even without some of those parts. I hope this helps! Q: QuestionThinking of buying a Xbox elite controller series 2 online with a extended warranty. Do they honor the warranty in any stores even if I bought it online and what happens if the stores don’t have any in stock ?

Q: QuestionHow do you know if your 2 year protection plan is still good ? I have a Xbox one X and the fan is extremely loud . Not sure if that is a eligible reason to return .

• A:Answer You should have got a pamphlet with your warranty but if not just go to Best Buy to The Geek Squad area and they usually take it and ship it and if it is fixable they fix it and if not I don't know what they do at that point give you a new one but I'm not sure about that
