Please try again later.If it’s not covered underneath your warranty anymore you can contact Sony in the manufacture and it will cost you $108 to send it in but once they fix it and replace it they refund you the $108. That happened to me with my PS4 system and it had to do with my Wi-Fi and sometimes the porch get closed and doing updates with the TV and the PlayStation so sometimes it would get shut off illegally and that can cause damage so contact PlayStation if there’s nothing the cake squad can do for you. but my recommendation is anything that you purchased at Best Buy by the total tech membership they change the name I think it’s called my total Best Buy now it went from $199.99 a year to $179 and 99 a year and anything that’s wrong with an item that’s over the 24 months you get 20% off for them to fix it and they will send it in to the manufacturer for you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes!!! Take Back to the store!!! It is over Heating!! You have to dust it off and keep clean!! You're warranty should cover!!! They send out in-store and they tell you whats wrong & fix it for you!! Did the fan go out?? Because thats what happens alot of times!!? But the coverage is excellent!!! They fix & get it right back to you!! Geek squad is excellent they will also troubleshoot in the store with you!!! NO WORRIES TAKE TO THE STORE!!!
