No this one won't. You would need an amplified hdmi splitter or a different hdmi switch that has the amplified splitter built in. They make them, Google for your price range.

This device is only intended to connect your source devices (blu ray player or game station for instance) to one television. You would need a different device to connect two televisions together.

The box can take in 4 different HDMI inputs and sends one HDMI output. So if what you're trying to do is send one HDMI signal to two different TVs, then no this product won't do it. If that's what you're looking for you'll need an HDMI splitter, which Rocketfish also makes one of those.
