- Answer Hey there, this has actually one of the best sounding speakers I have heard in a Chromebook and honestly in most gaming laptops. The screen is also very sharp and clear. It is awesome for watching videos or listening to music.

- Answer The specs on the webcam are: UFC with: T-Type USB FHD camera Compatible with Chromebook only 1920 x 1080 resolution 1080p video at 60 fps with Temporal Noise Reduction Blue Glass lens Dual Mic (33 mm + 33 mm) 78 x 3.2 (5.2) x 3 mm The manufacturer's warranty is 12 months from date of purchase on new products. Free cloud storage is through Google which you can access when you set up the Chromebook or go to their website.

- Answer Hey there.. if you opt for something like LumaFusion or PowerDirector, you can edit videos, and fairly complex multi-layered videos at that. It's one of the reasons that I bought this. As for gaming, this has 2.5GB ethernet and WiFi 6e. It's got great connectivity, a great processor, an awesome screen, and XE graphics (you don't use those with cloud gaming, but it's useful for your other tasks), so provided your internet connection is good enough, this should be a great cloud gaming laptop. - Answer Memory and storage are not upgradeable on the Chromebook products. If you need more storage you can use external USB or Cloud storage.

- Answer If you've previously used Chromebooks with underpowered processors and only 4gb of RAM, then I'm sure you ran into issues, especially with other tabs open. This Chromebook has a 12gen Intel i5 with 8gb of RAM. It can handle just about everything with ease. I can have 20+ tabs open with no problems. And if you don't have good wifi, then connect via ethernet cable for a better and more stable connection.

- Answer Hey Alex, the lights get changed in Settings->Personalization->Wallpapers & Style. Should be the bottom setting for the back-lighting. You can change from multi-color to default colors like red, blue, green, etc. It is a whole keyboard wash and not individual control.

- Answer It will only run GTA5 using a game streaming service and i am not sure at all about VR. Keep in mind its a chrome book and while the processor is really good the gpu is not. It was built to be a game streaming device not so much a stand alone device. With that in mind if you have good internet this thing is awesome for that.

- Answer If they are available as apps from Google Play or Chrome Web store. Chromebooks are different from Windows laptop products in that they are designed to be used primarily while connected to the Internet, with most applications and documents living in the cloud. Because of this they don’t have much for on board storage but they also are not expensive either. Chromebooks run off apps like an Android phone or tablet so you cannot download and install applications or .exe files. If you need to use third party software applications that must be installed on the computer, a Chromebook is likely not for you, where a Windows laptop would suit you better.
