Today I check on the Best Buy web site and find they have marked the haul away as being completed.
Highly disappointed in the performance of Best Buy, and that surprised me. But from reading some I see they are apparently often dishonest around what TotalCare actually is. If they had been honest with me, I probably would have made my purchase from someone else, I certainly would not have made my purchase without having this worked out. They should be MORE HONEST!
On a positive, the one (1) single guy that was sent out, he did a great job, but he needed a helper and a truck to do the haul away.
