- Answer Yes, this frame needs to be plugged in all the time. The frame does not have internal memory storage, you will need either a USB flash memory or SD memory card to add photos to the frame.

QuestionThe power went out and now the time/date shows 12/31/1969 and a random time. How do I set the time and date? I see no time/date setting. I had it set to turn on and off at certain times and that setting is no longer there either.
