Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.from the alexa app on your phone go to your echo flex (should be showing offline) look for "Wi-Fi- Network" and select change. The app will then walk you through how to reset the wifi for the device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The simple first attempt is to unplug echo and then plug back in. If the router name and password have not changed this should do it. If it has changed you can reset echo by holding down the button for a long time. Then reinstall like it is new using the Alexa app on your phone. Good luck.
