    • Answer Hello, Steph! The new Kids Pro Fire Tablet is designed specifically for kids ages 6–12 vs the Kids edition 10 is for ages 3-6. Both tablets will come with 1 year of Amazon Kids+, parental controls, a slim protective case, and a 2-year worry-free guarantee, just like the Kids tablets. In addition to the Kids+ content, the Kids Pro tablets include access to a digital store. With this, kids can request to download or purchase apps, while parents can approve purchases and downloads. The tablet also comes with a built in web browser. The web browser comes with built-in controls designed to help filter out inappropriate sites and let parents add or block specific websites at any time.     • Answer Yes, the parent will set the device up under their account. You then can create a childrens profile. You are able to limit time and choose what age appropriate content you want them to see. Haven't tried the Kids plus yet.

    • Answer Hello Ed! The box does not come with any physical instructions other a brief Quick Start guide that is in English but it does show pictures just explaining what the buttons do. All instructions are built into the device itself through Help menus and walks you through setup. The first screen upon powering it up for the first time asks you which language you would like it to be in and Spanish is one of the options.   • QuestionIs the Amazon Fire 10 Kids Pro tablet compatible with Osmo-Creative Starter Kit for Fire Tablet-Ages 5-10? Osmo says it is compatible with 8th-10th edition kindles, but not ones made after Fall 2022. Not sure what this means & want to get one compatible.

Your child can communicate through Alexa, but first you must grant parental consent in order for your child to use communication features on their Fire tablet, like making video calls. You can also hide features on your child’s tablet if you do not wish to grant parental consent. Communication features are supported on Fire tablets running FireOS 5 and higher. Follow these steps to enable communications: 1. Go to the parent profile. 2. Select the Settings icon next to the child's name. 3. Under Fire Tablet Settings, select Manage Communications. 4. To allow your child access to communication features, click Grant parental consent and follow the on-screen instructions. Alternatively, if you do not want your child to see the features on their device, click Hide these features on Fire tablet. 5.     • Answer Hi Islam! The Amazon Kids+ subscription offers thousands of age-appropriate books, movies, and TV shows for children aged 3 to 12 years. The content within the subscription is frequently updated. You can access the Amazon Kids+ content from the Amazon Kids+ app on supported Android / iOS device. And This content is also accessible on Amazon devices registered to the subscribed account. Amazon Kids+ Content Amazon Kids+ app allows parents to adjust settings so kids don't see ads, in-app purchases, or links to external websites and social media. Content will appear in your child's profile when your device is connected to a wireless network. This content can be downloaded for offline use on Amazon Devices. On Android, iOS and Amazon Glow devices, you need an internet connection to use the content. It can't be downloaded. Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will still be able to use the Tablet just as before. With this being a Kids tablet, you will need to go into the parent profile and give your child profile permission to access these apps.
