• If you purchased an item, you should have gotten an email if you provided your email. If not, I don't know how, but there should be a way. I bought my devices from Best Buy where my email is stored, so as soon as I purchased, it came to my email. I downloaded the app on my phone after setting up the account online and now I just have to watch for the end date so I don't get charged.
