Technically, yes. But you'd have to apply some tech-savvy tricks to it such as a bios update. You'd also, likely, never reach it's full OC potential. But, the CPU will fit in the socket. You will just struggle with firmware/compatability.

I have also seen other builds with that motherboard + 3700x but they did mention you may need to do a BIOS update to make it work. One last thing though, this 3700x is meant for overclocking, which isn't possible on that motherboard, i'd recommend a B450, X470, or X570 board if you want to take full advantage of this CPU.
