A:Answer You did not have a fully charged product. Take it out of your trunk and charge it at least every 2 months, longer or shorter depending on your location. I say shorter if you live out West or in an inner city with no resources. Longer if you have other products that will charge your phone or provide you with "emergency light." I have been out West, stopped to take a photo of a mountain and got back on the bike and had no power to turn it over. You then break out the emergency power bank and jump start the bike AND take it to a mechanic to see what the problem is. You don't keep jump starting the battery. The product will eventually go dead. But, once you car is running, charge the device back up so it is 100% available power for the next emergency stop.
