I know it sounds stupid but it works so it's not stupid. I found this advice on a different forum and different buds. Try sucking heavily on the earbud with lower volume. Give it a try multiple times. Hope it helps.

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists: 1. Try to turn up the volume on the connected devices. 2. Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at max volume. "- Delete the ""Soundcore Liberty"" in the Bluetooth list of the device you’re connecting to. - Take the earbuds out, hold the button on each earbud for 5s until the red light shows to turn them off. - Hold the button on each earbud again until the indicator becomes pink and then turns off. Put the earbuds back in to the charging case with a steady white light on the earbuds. - Take both earbuds out of the charging case and place them near each other. The indicator on the left earbud will flash slowly(breathing-like), while the LED on the right side flashes quickly. - Then go to the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and select ""Soundcore Liberty"" to pair.
