- Answer Yes, it means you can make calls and text as well as use your data without being connected to wifi. The cellular one comes with a SIM card slot that you can put in a SIM card just like you would with a mobile device. Hope this helps!

- Answer I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m told it will accept a Bluetooth keyboard. My Gen 5 iPad was a cellular enabled unit like this one and it did fine with a Bluetooth keyboard. HTH.

- Answer iPad does offer HotSpot, but the option of whether you can use it is locked in or locked out by your cell service provider. Many providers change extra to use the hotspot feature.
