When you place the earbuds in their case a light glows orange if they need charging. If it shows green they do not need charging. They charge fully in about 30 minutes and will play for at least an hour of more. The case charges the pods with it’s own battery which is charged with an Apple “lightning” cord and 5 volt charger.
