• A:Answer Is refurbished, I got a poor condition with scratches on the back. And the charging cable is not from Apple. And I paid $35 dollar to do return. Don’t buy it.

• A:Answer Best Buy will claim a phone is unlocked and able to be used with Verizon, but they don’t provide the specific model number, so there is no way to know. I took their word for it and went into Verizon with the phone I bought, but they couldn’t do anything with it because it turns out it was the global/Sprint model. Didn’t matter if it was “unlocked” or not.

• A:Answer Don't have the answer, but you can look up the specs from apple which does go into details about the radio's that this runs on. Then check the Idea 3G network and what it runs on. Usually, there is a type of network and a frequency, if they match, it will work.

• A:Answer The sim tray is located on the right part of the device, you just need to eject the sim eject tool into the small hole and push firmly until the sim tray releases.
