• A while back I started having trouble with my Apple AirPods I think it was no sound out of one of them, brought back to Best Buy they sent them in to Apple and I got a new pair using my Apple Care certificate.

• You need to take them to apple and once they see the problem they will give you a new one due to the fact that AirPods can not be open without breaking them
