Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy delivered the new oven, brought it inside the house. They removed all packaging and inspected for concealed damage. Both men were very nice and were in and out in a flash. I hooked up the electrical cord and balanced the legs. Plugged in the oven and went thru all the controls. Works great and my wife is anxious to give it a test run. We called Best Buy to pick up the old oven... seems to be a lot of confusion about how to accomplish this. It took me a couple of days and about 8 phone calls to find someone that could set this up. The delivery men could not take the old oven and said that was handled by another driver. They told me to call in and they would pick it up at no charge. After all said and done, they gave me a discounted rate, (not free) to pick up the old appliance.

I KIND OF HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY NEW STOVE, I BOUGHT A NEW STOVE AND MICROWAVE THAT WENT OVER THE STOVE, MY PROBLEM WAS I NEEDED MY ELECTRICIAN TO PUT ME A SOCKET INSIDE MY KITCHEN CABINETS, SO WHEN BEST BUY DELIVERED MY NEW ITEMS THEY TOOK THE OLD ONES, YOU MAY NEED TO CALL BEST BUY BACK TO HAUL AWAY AGAIN, IiF YOU ALREADY PAID FOR THAT SERVICE, IF YOU DID NOT I DINT THINK THEY WILL JUST COME BACK TO REMOVE,(DON’T QUOTE ME! BUT TRY ANYWAY GOOD LUCK!
