Q: QuestionNeed to reschedule site survey as they did not measure just pointed out where gas and electrical connection locations but forgot to measure if enough room.

• A:Answer In my case, on the second appointment, they only pulled the wall oven out enough to slide a tape measure to the back wall. When they came with the oven for installation and pulled out the old unit, there were electrical junction boxes that prevented the oven from fitting.

• A:Answer You are sopposed to get a call from Best Buy informing you they received the measurements. In my case I never got a call, and had to follow up myself. Also be aware the measurements are only good for 30 days, and will only be applicable to the same company that did the measurements. In my case, they never sent measurement to best buy, and I had to once again reschedule. I didn't trust installation company after that and opted to go with another store after this experience.

• A:Answer Yes they did, but I was told The’ll take the measurements the same day they do the delivery. But they were unable to install the stove because the old stove was connected in a different way and a 220V outlet needed to be installed and BestBuy technician was not allowed to do the installation. A refund needs to be credited back to my credit card account.

• A:Answer No, the stove was not installed by the technician who made the delivery, the reason was as he said it, he wasn’t allowed to do any electrical work, as installing an electrical outlet. I had to pay an electrician to do the work, So I requested a refund from BestBuy for the prepaid installation fee at the time of purchase. I still need to check with my credit card company to see if this fee has been refunded. As you can see in the photo, BestBuy delivery person was not able to do this installation and I had to hire an electrician as I said it above.
