“Apparently there are 3 sizes of SIM cards? My router is to be delivered in a day or two so I went to the local AT&T store to buy a SIM card. They said there are 3 sizes. Which size does the Nighthawk LTE Mobile Hotspot Router need? Thanks in advance!”

The sim card is included. It will be in the unit.

The Nighthawk comes with a SIM installed in the battery compartment. The SIM can be used on a subscription or prepaid service. It was a standard phone SIM like what is installed in my Galaxy S9+. The router comes with instructions to setup online or by phone.

The Nighthawk uses a micro sim card. It comes with a micro sim card installed that cannot be used. You can use it for comparison if you want to wait for the unit to arrive.
