- Answer Go here: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/#/ and put a unlock request. ATT will send you an email with unlock code. Then you can use any sim on this phone. Make sure you select that you are not an ATT customer on the afore-mentioned web page.

Questionwhy isn't ATT selling flip phone model Z223 anymore??? Great phone, love it and now my screen is going white! (have to keep turning on and off, or removing and putting battery back in to get part of my normal screen back----GRRR). NOT interested in Iphone

- Answer You probably need to ask ATT. I bought my phone at Best Buy but took it to ATT store to get set-up and transfer my contacts. They were very helpful.

- Answer There will be a flyer kind of thing with the box when you purchase this phone. It explains you in detail about various rates and charged by ATT.

QuestionCan dollar amount that is on old phone be rolled over to this phone? Old phone carrier is ATT.

- Answer Yes, before you activate the new one take the new phone with the old phone to ATT to have them switch your number over. I was going to try just to switch the sim cards over but I was afraid my old phone sim card would not work in the new one. It was like 6 yrs old. There was no charge either.

- Answer Set ringtone with loudest for you. Then set volume up. And in conversation use speaker. That works for me.
