No that table has a different cartridge design and brand and I don't believe it can even be changed. It's a common theme on such cheap tables. Good option would be the audio technica LP-60 as a budget table. It also has a cartridge you can't remove but it has a audio technica "at-3600" family stylus that has many options for replacements as well as aftermarket ones like the cf3600le from LP gear which is elliptical. But the stock cartridge it comes with is great too. Yours will need chinese made replacements you can find on internet. I recommend getting replacements that are diamond and not sapphire. If I recall yours should have come with sapphire installed, but also came with 2 extra diamond stylus bodies to replace it with.
