- Answer #5 is interchangeable with the canister at the left rear depending on the drink, the machine will prompt you....its absolutely a must have item by the way, far exceeded expectations

QuestionI get how it's supposed to work - please don't reply to fill the canisters with liquor. I don't want a machine to put the liquor in my cup. Can I leave them empty and pick "mocktail," or put in premium mixers (like fresh juices or coconut water) instead?

QuestionI no longer have my manual and am looking for guidance as to how I should clean the Bartesian now that it's sat with both alcohol and water for a few months with no activity. The last drink I had, had a bit of an after taste.

- Answer I've been looking too and couldn't find any help other than what's in the manual. So, I bought these Keurig pods (I use to clean my coffee maker), filled the water container and each canister with hot water, dumped 1 pod in each and kept flushing the water container and the canisters until the water became clear. This took about 30-45 minutes. There may be an easier way to clean it, but since I couldn't get help, I did it like this and my drinks taste better.

- Answer You can only make drinks with the capsules that they provide. You could fill one of the bottles with a different liqueur or other hard liquor if you wanted

QuestionI have a Bartesian but it seems to only make small volume drinks even when placing a highball under the spout. Is this common? The pictures on the boxes shows a full drink but for instance making a Long Island Ice Tea is around a quarter or half full.
