• Mine too. Came looking for answers, if you have, lmk. I read on Reddit that you need to take the pump/motor apart and clean. Hoping for something different.

• The most common error is fog on the barcode reader. If you open it and gently wipe the lens with a soft cloth, it should read the code.

• I was having the same problem and remove the glass containers and fill all four insert spots with vinegar. Let stand for an hour. empty the vinegar and replace the glass containers filled with water. Hit the clean button. should work
