Please try again later.The solution for me was to update the drivers - type in Windows updates from Start menu select updates then below optional updates and select each box. I had both the BB essentials and Microsoft Bluetooth mice both cutting off and not being able to reconnect - very frustrating, but it turned out to be a computer problem for me and after the driver update which only took a few minutes both are working perfectly...I hope this helps!

The LED indicator blinks for 10 seconds when the battery is low. • Try removing or moving other wireless devices near the computer to prevent interference. • Make sure that that your computer is Bluetooth-enabled. • Press the Connect button to reset the Bluetooth connection between your mouse and your computer, then re-pair your devices.
