• I keep having this issue. My drivers are up to date via Windows Update. Only way I can get the mouse to connect is by restarting my computer.

• I had this problem until I updated my Drivers...go to windows updates then optional updates and when it's done, restart. For me it wasn't a mouse problem...I hope this helps!

• Upgrade Bluetooth firmware version to the newest version of computer via computer DEVICE MANAGEMENT.
