A:AnswerWe too have some berber in the house and i found it cleans very well but takes longer to dry. i dont think the sunction is strong enough to remove as much water due to the tighter knit as it does on reg carpet. I would suggest not using the deep clean setting which puts out more water for deeper stains.
A:AnswerIt's not really made for that. I think it's supposed to handle some very light duty vacuuming, but not consistent use as one. I think you'd be better off getting a regular vacuum for that use and saving this for when you need more.
