• Great question, Donna. It's always best to check with your flooring manufacturer and their recommended cleaning method. When used on laminate we recommend using the mop on its low steam setting.

• Yes. Laminate floors are perfect to use this machine on, just follow the directions and do not deviate from them.

• I don't think you are supposed to clean laminate with anything that has chemicals in it. I think only lightly damp with water. So, I would say no.
