How is this compariable to the Bissell Crosswave? null

I have, use, and love both the Crosswave and Pet vacuum and steam mop. I use the crosswave for regular mopping and the pet steam mop to steam out pet messes from tile grout. I use the crsswave more often than the steam mop.

Great question, PJ - the main difference is the Symphony produces steam and does not suction up water or wet debris (this is deposited in the mop pad). The CrossWave uses water extraction to clean hard floors and rugs.
