Same problem here I can’t get it to work or transfer customer support told me to take it back
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get new customer activation. Transferring from US Cellular, phone was unlocked, they tried to do it on the phone, on the computer, they're now sending me a different SIM card because I told them Best Buy would not take it back and I wasn't going to dispute charges. They told me my phone was compatible. I'll wait to see if the next SIM card works. If not I will dispute the charges and I will go over to visible or mint. Such a waste of time. And they're rated as the number one prepaid service. Not for people who want to bring their own phone over!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I figured it out! I had to take this to a Boost store he told me since my phone is a sprint phone, its not compatible with Boost due to a contract the two have. Online it said my phone IS compatible but apparently this is wrong. I switched to Mint with no issues. Shame on Boost for not advertising this info! Total waste of my time and money.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your phone needs to be unlocked and compatible. You can check the boostmobile website for compatible phones. Whatever carrier you are with you have to contact them to unlock your phone so you can move to Boost. This sim works for new customers not existing Boost customers. Hope this helps!
