How can crisper drawers be removed? null

Instead of tilting just the front of the drawer up like in other fridges, lift the whole drawer straight up. It should lift off of the metal sliding rails, and once it’s loose, you can take it all the way out. You may need to remove the lowest shelves on the inside of the fridge doors to have enough clearance. Before removing, you can see a semi-translucent white tab that is holding the drawer to the metal slider (on the outside side of each drawer, towards the middle of the fridge). If you jiggle the drawer, you can see that’s where it’s attached. It shouldn’t take much force to pop off if you’re pulling in the correct way.

Hi there. Thank you for your question. To remove the crisper drawers on the B21CL80SNS refrigerator, pull the crisper drawer straight out, lift up in the front and slide out. To replace the drawer, align the tabs on the rails with indents in drawers and slide in.
