QuestionHow long should one charge last? My sounds seem to last 5 to 5 1/2 hours. When I wake up at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, there are no sounds. I usually go to bed at 9:30 or 10:00 PM.

The travel/charge case can provide one additional full charge for the sleepbuds™ if you're on the go and don't have access to a powered USB port or wall outlet. QuestionIs there a sleep timer feature so they can turn off once I’m asleep?

- Answer Thanks for your question, Gman. The noise-masking sleepbuds default to playing the sounds all night. However, they allow you to schedule a timer (hour increments) if you don't want soothing sounds to play all night. This timer can be scheduled in the Bose Sleep app, and the sound will fade out when the timer ends. We hope this helps! Ashley - Bose Support

QuestionAre these okay to use if you have health problems with your heart.

- Answer I do too, but not the type that requires a pacemaker. They do emit tiny amount of radio waves to talk back to the phone but it has to literally be a few feet away to be in range. Neat thing about them is the sounds still work perfectly even when out of range.

- Answer You may want to put your phone in airplane mode then turn on bluetooth so the cell radio in the phone won’t kill the phone’s battery searching for a signal

- Answer The Earbuds actually have an airplane cabin noise option as one of their 10 sounds. I think you would need a more robust product to block out airplane noise altogether. Headphones with a noise-cancelling option. I've got Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H8 headphones which are the best at that.

QuestionI would be purchasing these to mask my severe tinnitus in my right ear only. Therefore, I only need to wear one ear bud each night. Will the other one be okay in the case being charged along with the used one? Thank you.

- Answer No, they are not good for running unless you want to listen to the pre installed nature noises through the app. You cannot use these for playing your own music.

- Answer The app does not run while the Earbuds are in use. The app simply turns them on & off and allows you to pick a particular sound. Also to set a wake-up alarm.

- Answer Yes. No sound is an option, but I found the sound isolation not very high and the ambient noise from the sound, even at lower volumes, helped mask sound infinitely better.

- Answer No only used with the app and sounds on the Bose app. No calls or external music. Apparently it’s because the way they have designed the noises - they block snoring frequencies etc.

- Answer The app has to at least be on in the background. Mine is on my phone and I charge my phone at night while sleeping with the buds. It hasn't been an issue at all.

- Answer No you can't . They were designed to deliver white noise only and that's it. You can not make phone calls or listen to music and this is all due to the very small design that Bose went with in order to provide comfort. They wanted to sacrifice multiple function capability in order to gain comfort which i think was a good move since these are designed as a sleep aid that you can sleep with and not a headphone set up.
