QuestionIs the Bluetooth completely turned off when the headset is wired, essentially making this the same as a non-Bluetooth device?

- Answer Yes. That is correct. When i use it for gaming with my desktop pc and use the attached Bose volume and mic controller device it’s then a wired headset. It connects to a USB port while using the mic. Can be used Bluetooth on pc or laptop as well but you lose the mic.

- Answer It has 7 mics. 2 on the detachable mic and 5 built into the headphones. I believe the headphone mics use 4 for noise cancelling background noise and 1 for talking on the phone/ bluetooth device

- Answer Yes It can connect these to devices with including usb cable and 3.5mm cable. However if u want to use the included mic, the mic itself must be plugged into all devices your using and is not wireless thereby making the headset not wireless as well, since the microphone has to plug into the headset too.

QuestionHi, I've been looking at bose headphones for a while, should I buy this or the SoundLink Wireless Around-Ear Headphones II? I'm not entirely sure if the audio quality on this is much better than the link.Also, what is the mic's khz in recording? ex 16, 32

- Answer Go for the soundlinks as they are truly wireless these ones are not wireless when u need to use the included microphone because the microphone is not wireless in that it must be plugged into the headset and then plugged into the device your using In order to use the microphone.
