I disagree that the manual is awful. It’s basic. Breville offers a FREE microwave combi online recipe book and there are numerous things you can google. I use daily and it fits my needs. Please try again later.The Breville® BMO870 Combi Wave™ Microwave has tips and hints for using the functions but the wide variety of methods of cooking is very large and would cause the instruction book to be excessively large. We do have a significant number of recipes for various machines including the microwave that can be found at foodthinkers.com.
